Record of Employment (ROE)

You need to issue a Record of Employment when an employee stops working.

1. Go to Payroll → Record of Employment and pick the employee.
2. Ledgri lists the figures you need, including Block 15C insurable earnings by pay period, most recent first, in the order ROE Web asks for them.
3. Enter them in ROE Web on the Service Canada website.

Set the employee's end date in Employees so they're left out of future pay runs.
