Price lists for wholesale and special customers

1. Go to Inventory → Price lists and click New price list.
2. Name it (for example Wholesale) and set the rule for everything: a percentage off or above the regular price.
3. Optionally enter special prices for particular products. These override the rule.
4. Save, then add customers to the list with Add a customer….

From then on, when you pick a product on a quote, order or invoice for that customer, their price fills in automatically. You can still change it on the line.
