Aged, trial balance, general ledger and sales tax reports

What each of the other reports shows, and how to print or export them.

Updated October 26, 2026

All reports are under Reports. Every report can be printed or saved as a PDF with Print or PDF, and exported to a spreadsheet with CSV.

  • Aged receivables: who owes you money and how overdue it is, in 30-day columns. Use it to chase payments.
  • Aged payables: what you owe suppliers and when it's due.
  • Trial balance: every account's balance on a date. Debits equal credits. Your accountant will ask for this at year-end.
  • General ledger: every transaction in every account for a period, with running balances. Click through to the invoice, bill or entry behind a line.
  • Sales tax: GST/HST, PST and QST collected and paid, with the line numbers for your return. See Prepare your GST/HST return.

For profit and loss, the balance sheet and cash flow, see Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
