Move from Wave, FreshBooks or Sage

Wave, FreshBooks and Sage all let you export lists and reports to CSV or Excel, and Ledgri reads both.

What to export

• Customers and vendors from each app's contact list (look for Export).
• Products or items, if you sell from a product list.
• A trial balance dated the day before your start date.
• An aged receivables report (unpaid invoices) and an aged payables report (unpaid bills).

Where an app has no export for a list, copy it into a spreadsheet using the columns in Ledgri's Template download for that step, and import that.

Import

Open Settings → Import data, pick your app (or Spreadsheet or other) and import each file in order. The step-by-step details are in Move from QuickBooks to Ledgri.
