Search, notifications and dark mode

Search everything

Press Ctrl K (or ⌘ K on a Mac), or click the search box at the top. Type part of an invoice or bill number, a customer or vendor, a product, an employee, a project or a journal entry, and press Enter to open it. You can also type the name of a page, like "Trial balance", to jump there.

Notifications

The bell at the top shows what needs attention, for example:

• invoices that have become overdue,
• quotes a customer viewed, accepted or declined,
• bank transactions waiting to be reviewed,
• products at or below their reorder point,
• expense claims to approve or reimburse,
• replies from Ledgri support.

Click one to go straight to it.

Dark mode

Click the moon at the top of the app (or the website) to switch to dark mode, and the sun to switch back. Ledgri remembers your choice on that device. Invoices and quotes stay white so they look the same as what your customers see.
